Born in The Wrong Era

Do you ever catch yourself wishing you lived in another time before this one? As if you were born in the wrong era. Well, I certainly do. Don't get me wrong I love many things about this day and age, but there is just something about the 50's and 60's that I am drawn to. Mostly being the fashion of course. The post I blogged about Tuesday with my Guilty Pleasures got me thinking about how much I love vintage. Therefore, today I wanted to talk about just what era I would quite enjoy jumping back into! In the 50's and 60's I adore how women would wear gloves with long beautiful gowns out to go dancing. They always looked so elegant and charming. And even the big hats girls put on with their attire to shop or maybe even to have meals with a friend. Oh! I couldn't possibly forget the swimsuits they wore to the pool or beach, they were so darling. As well as, vintage bikes and cars we see now a days, that are so rare, I find adorable! Things just seemed simpler back then, and I could definitely see myself living in that time dressed in some of these enchanting outfits below inspired by the 50's and 60's!
